Mustang Mach E

Rounding out our recent run of EV's was Dave's super cool Mustang Mach E. This is the first one of these we have had in the studio and couldnt be more impressed! Stocky aggressive looks mean there's no denying its Mustang heritage but its got all the latest and greatest tech that youd expect from an EV. The huge tablet inside is a nice touch inside and the smooth exterior without door handles really sets it off nicely.

Generally we carried out a single stage machine polish with some extra cutting stages throughout to remove a few deeper scratches and defects. The difficulty with this job was achieving acceptable levels of correction with the tiny amount of paint we had to work with, typically youd expect to see between 80-130 microns of substrate to work with however this brand new vehicle was reading 50-55 microns across most panels needless to say it wa bum twitchy couple of days.
